Children and Youth Religious Education

Youth LogoChildren and youth in our Religious Educationprogram learn about the UU principles through reading stories from many different traditions, discussions, songs, and art.We look for ways to apply the principles together in service projects and daily life.

This year, our Elementary group will be learning about our seven principles and their practical application in everyday life. The Secondary group will be using the Peace Jam curriculum.

Start Date: September 20, 2009
Time: Sundays 10:30-11:30
Location:
Begins in the Sanctuary, then moves to Waters Hall after the story for all ages.

Visitors and volunteers are always welcome. It is an opportunity for adults to read a story, sing a song, share a craft. or just be an interested guest at their table. The children love the attention, and the adults in charge (all volunteers) welcome the support.
